The implemented mixers have a few decibels of conversion loss, a thirdorder input intercept point of a few dBm and a single sideband noise figure of about 15 dB.


The measured third order intercept point is 23 dBm and the 1 dB compression point is 10 dBm, both referred to the output.


The amplifier has a 2.4 dB noise figure with a 13 dBm thirdorder input intercept point, while drawing 5 mW from a 1.8 V power supply.


The frontend features a noise figure of 3.5?dB and an inputreferred thirdorder intercept point of 5?dBm.
