    Objective To explore the mechanism of antiallergic action of BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid (BCG-PSN) in allergic rhinitis.
    目的 观察卡介苗多糖核酸(BCG PSN)治疗变应性鼻炎的机制及其疗效。
    Methods BCG-PSN was injected intramuscularlly in 17 patients with asthma and 15 patients with COPD. FEV_1%pred was measured and serum concentrations of IL-4 and IFN-γ were detected before and after treatment. The intracellular expressions of IFN-γ and IL-4 in Th1/Th2 cell were assayed by flowcytometry.
    方法分别对17例哮喘和15例COPD患者进行卡介苗多糖核酸注射治疗,治疗前后测定FEV1%pred、血浆IL-4、IFNγ-,并用流式细胞术检测Th1/Th2细胞内因子IFNγ-/IL-4的表达率。
    Conclusion BCG-PSN has dual immuno-modulatory effects to enhance Th1 cell function in(asthma)(whereas) to suppress Th1 cell function in COPD.
    结论卡介苗多糖核酸能增强哮喘患者Th1细胞功能,同时能降低COPD患者Th1细胞功能,具有双向调节功能。

    These 65 are divided into 2 groups for study. One group is observed group, 35 patients are treated by muscle injecting 1 ml vaccinum calmette guerini for one time, every 2 days, and the continuous 3 months as one treatment period.
    分2组研究,设观察组35例,采用卡介苗多糖核酸治疗,1ml/次,隔日肌注,连用3个月为1疗程。
    Conclusions Using vaccinum calmette guerini to prevent and treat community children repeated respiratory track infection is effective, safe and no poisonous or side-effects.
    结论卡介苗多糖核酸预防和治疗社区儿童反复呼吸道感染有效、安全无毒副作用。
    The patients in study group were intramuscular BCG-PSN 2mL every other day, cetirizine hydrochloride 10mg/day were taken once daily for 2 months;
    治疗组给予卡介苗多糖核酸(斯奇康)隔日一次肌注,每次2mL,口服盐酸西替利嗪10mg,1次/d,连续2个月;
    control group 2 were intramuscular BCG-PSN 2mL every other day.
    对照组2单纯给予肌注卡介苗多糖核酸2mL隔日一次。
