    本文考察了兼性厌氧菌klebsiella pneumoniae生产1,3-丙二醇所涉及的三种关键酶甘油脱水酶、甘油脱氢酶和1,3—丙二醇氧化酶的酶活测定方法,优化了酶的发酵生产条件,研究了甘油脱氢酶和1,3—丙二醇氧化酶的分离纯化,为实现多酶催化反应体系生产重要化工产品1,3—丙二醇奠定了基础。
