    Before the running of the MBR, kaolin micro-particles with a mean diameter of 2μm were membraned on the inner wall of the ceramic membrane tube as the dynamic membraneto filtrate the simulated caprolactam wastewater. Results indicate that removal rate is higher and flux decline becomes much slower than filtrating directly with ceramic membranes. Through operating at low pressures, good performance provides warranty for MBR to reduce energy consumption.
    在运行膜生物反应器之前,通过在陶瓷膜管的内表面预涂上一层平均粒径2μm左右的高岭土动态膜,用来处理己内酰胺废水,结果表明去除效果显著,膜通量的衰减比陶瓷膜直接过滤有了明显减缓;
