    The films were characterized by XRD and SEM. The mechanism and different parameters in process of preparing α-Fe2O3-Mica films were discussed. As a result,the α-Fe2O3 grown on mica substrates are nano-sized grains,the films made up of α-Fe2O3 grains are well-proportioned,and the best parameters of preparing α-Fe2O3-Mica thin films are obtained.
    利用XRD、SEM对纳米膜的成分、结构及形貌进行了表征,结合α-Fe2O3-Mica纳米膜的形成机理讨论了工艺参数对制备过程及结果的影响,结果表明:液相均匀沉淀法制备的α-Fe2O3颗粒为纳米级,均匀沉积在白云母基片上形成致密膜,且得到了制备α-Fe2O3-Mica纳米膜的最佳参数.
    The annual fixation of BSi by diatom in ocean is from 5.60×109 to 7.84×109 t, about 97% of which is absorbed by diatom again before reaching seabed, and only 1.43×108—2.55×108 t (about 3%) is buried in sediment yearly. In this way, diatom plays an important role in the aquatic cycling of silicon.

    We have grown PZT/YBCO structure on LAO substrate using pulsed laser deposition(PLD). The sintered target we choose is Pb(Zr0.94Ti0.06)O3 + 2%Bi2O3. YBCO and PZT thin films are prepared under the substrate temperature 710℃ and 570℃ respectively.
