    We conduct research on the best procedure condition of lees fermentation forage by applying the solid deep bed anaerobic fermentation. After single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the result shows inoculation quantity of the best fermentation parameter is 5%~15%, the amount of water of culture medium above 10%, fermentation time l~3day and fermentation temperature 28-32 ℃.
    采用固态深层厌氧发酵技术,经过单因素试验及正交实验,对发酵酒糟饲料的最佳工艺发酵条件进行了研究,结果表明,接种量为5%—15%之间,培养基的含水量在10%以上,发酵时间为1—3天,发酵温度为28—32℃之间为最佳发酵参数。
    (2) After deep liquid fermentation medium optimized, the composition of best culture medium for Trametes trogii included: 2.0% potato, 0.3% KH_2PO_4, 0.3% MgSO_4, 0.001% V_B, 0.005% CaCl_2, 1.0% wheat bran, 0.6% yeast-extract, 0.001mol/L L-Tyrosine.
    (2) 筛选得到毛栓菌在液体深层发酵过程中培养的较适培养基组成为:马铃薯 2%,KH_2PO_4 0.3%,MgSO_4 0.3%,V_B 0.001%,CaCl_2 0.005%,麸皮 1%,酵母膏 0.6%,酪氨酸 0.001 mol/L。
    Optimal medium and conditions for deep layer fermentation of the selected Monasus were studied for the purpose to develop production. Factors influencing the growth of monasus on different media were studied by orthogonal experimental design. The best medium for the fermentation was found to be composed of rice serosity,NaNO_3 0.15%,(MgSO_4·)7H_2O 0.15%,KH_2PO_4 0.25%.
