    METHODS By RT PCR, the change of gene expression in GAP 43 and NF L on the cultured DRG cells with Nerve Regeneration Factor were studied during 4 h, 12 h, 24 h.
    方法 :采用RT PCR法 ,观察神经再生素在促大鼠背根神经节生长过程中(4h、12h、2 4h) ,生长相关蛋白 43(GAP 43)和神经丝蛋白 (NF L)基因表达的变化。
    RESULTS The expression of GAP 43 and NF L were increased by Nerve Regeneration Factor on DRG′s culture.
