    Sensor technique, signal prccessing and autocontrol technique for fillet welding seam tracking are summarized briefly in the paper, and then collection and processing of current signal transduced by rotating arc welding sensor , seam identifying and position correction all could be come ture by 80C196KC MCS. The method of spectrum is applied to identify welding seam deviation, fuzzy control method is applied to seam tracking for height and right-and-left orientation in the paper.
    本文对于目前应用于角焊缝跟踪的传感器、信息处理技术、自动控制技术等都作了简要的概述。 然后采用80C196KC单片机实现旋转电弧传感的电流信号的采集,处理、焊缝识别、纠偏控制等,采用频谱法识别焊缝偏差,对于高低和左右方向均采用模糊控制算法进行焊缝跟踪。
    Based on mechanical characteristic of the connecting pieces and behavior of fillet welding seam,making use of the knowledges of mechanics of materials and the model of machanics,the method of identification on bending and twisting problems of fillet welding seam in connexion is proposed,and calculating formulae to a variety of weld patterns is given here
    根据连接构件的受力特点和角焊缝的工作性能 ,利用已知的力学知识和力学模型 ,建立连接中角焊缝受弯扭问题的判别方法 ,并给出了多种角焊缝截面形式的分析计算方法。
