The others were injected with citrate buffer as control. Injected with apomorphine at 12 and 16 week,penile erection in DM and control groups were observed and noted.
    方法16只雄性大鼠随机分为2组:12周组和16周组各8只,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型:另取8只注射枸檬酸缓冲液作为空白对照,分别在注射12周和16周后,观察大鼠阴茎勃起功能,采用免疫组织化学法检测DM大鼠坐骨神经、阴部神经和阴茎海绵体nNOS阳性神经纤维的表达。
