    野败水稻雄性不育保持系选育的遗传分析
    An improvement photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile line,named 15S,was acquired from regenerative plants. Identified results in artificial climate showed that its abortive pollen rate reached respectively tto 99.55%,98.15%,100%,100% under the conditions of 14.5h、23.5℃,12.5h、23.5℃,12.5h、27.5℃,12.5h、natural temperature respectively.

    The results were as follows:(l)The abortive-pollen type of WA zhenshan97A were dominated by TA pollen,and WA zhenqiuA's sterility was more excessive with 100% TA pollen.

    3.Stage of pollen abortion:With the fact that most of mature pollens are typical abortive pollens and the observation on the structure of microspore, we identified that the critical period for pollen abortion was from late microspore stage to early bicellular pollen stage , and many crucial changes occurred just at that period.
    根据成熟花粉主要为典败型花粉以及细胞学结构变化观察结果确定,D18S品种的败育时期主要发生在小孢子晚期到二胞花粉早期。
