    In order to validate the precision of timing belt's transmission,non-linear FEM contact analysis was applied to the engaging distortion analysis of a timing belt based on ANSYS. The distortion of the timing belt,the stress distribution of the belt teeth and the maximal stress were obtained from the calculation under the known troque considering both of the material and geometric nonlinearities. The deformation of the timing belt and and translation angle error along with different load were obtained.
    为了验证同步带传动的精确度,运用有限元软件ANSYS对T型同步带啮合传动进行接触非线性分析,在同时考虑材料非线性和几何非线性的条件下,获得了一定扭矩条件下带齿的变形以及接触应力的分布和最大应力值,同时得到带齿的变形大小和传动角度的误差随载荷大小变化的规律,为同步带传动的精确度分析提供了理论依据。
