    CONCLUSION The method simple,quick and can be used to control the quality of oil from Chenopodium ambrosioides.
    结论本法简便、准确,可作为土荆芥油的质量控制方法。
    Determination of α-Terpinene in oil From Chenopodium Ambrosioides by GC
    气相色谱法测定土荆芥油中α-松油烯的含量
    METHODS The modified Valia-Chien diffusion cells was used. RESULTS The enhancers including chenopodium,menthol and Azone were able to increase the osthol percutaneous steady-state fluxes3.09,3.41 and 4.38 times to the control,respectively.
    方法 将蛇床子有效部位制成饱和生理盐水溶液 ,采用Valia Chien扩散池考察了土荆芥油、薄荷醇和月桂氮酮 (Azone) 3种渗透促进剂对蛇床子素经离体鼠皮渗透性的影响。
    Results The enhancers azone, menthol and chenopodium increased the osthol percutaneous steady-state fluxes 3.12, 2.00 and 1.25 times those of the enhancer-free formulations (controls), separately.
    结果 与对照组相比 ,渗透促进剂Azone、薄荷醇、土荆芥油可以使得蛇床子素的稳态流量分别提高 3 12、2 0 0、1 2 5倍。
