    The multi-mode microwave system and conventional sintering were carried out. Properties of Al2O3-ZrO2 composites were investigated, relative wear mechanisms were proposed with regard to the processing approaches. Compared with the conventional results, microwave processed ZTA ceramics appear with the improved relative density, fracture toughness and bending strength, the developed microwave structure, and the ameliorated wear resistance.

    The results show that piezoelectric properties and temperature stability of piezoelectric ceramics fabricated by hotpressing sintering technique are better than those of the specimens fabricated by conventional sintering technique.
    实验结果表明,与常压烧结PZN-PZT陶瓷的性能相比,热压烧结试样的压电应变常数更高,温度稳定性更好。
