    A Research on Self-concept and Mental Health of the Deaf Students
    聋学生的自我概念和心理健康状况的研究
    The experiment adopted the Processing and Dividing Procedure(POP) of Jacoby and was designed by blending three factors of 2X3X2. 40 deaf students and 40 normal students were tested on their latent and external memory contributions towards positive competitive, transitional competitive and neutral competitive words and phases.
    实验采用Jacoby的加工分离程序(PDP) ,以及2X3X2三因素混合设计,考察了聋学生40名,正常学生40名被试对良性竞争语词和过渡竞争语词、中性词三类刺激材料内隐与外显记忆贡献。

    According to some theories, we think we can improve the deaf students' calculating abilities, but we should teach them operational rules, give them enough exercises to do, and make them form good study habits.

    To examine the deaf students’ mental health,their self-concept and the self-concept effect on mental health,a sample of 156 deaf students were tested by using the Mental Health Diagnosis Test(MHT)and the Piers-Harris Children’s Self-concept Scale.

    Furthermore,results showed that the behavior and anxiety factor scores and the total score of self-concept scale conld forecast mental health of the deaf students remarkably.
