    We have calculated the optical properties of anatase TiO_2 and anatase TiO_2 by N-doping by plane-wave pseudo-potential method(PWP),namely the imaginary part of dielectric function ε_2(ω),the optical absorption coefficient I(ω)and the reflectivity R(ω).

    The direct-and indirect-band gaps are equal to 3.53 and 3.80 eV,respectively.     Ag/TbFeCo/Si( 100) magneto-optical films was prepared by DC-magnetron sputtering. The dielectric function of the Ag/TbFeCo/Si was measured by alterable angle Ellipsometry. Besides, the spectrum of Ag/Si Ag/TbFeCo/Si and TbFeCo/Si was compared.
