    The mechanisms of CLBO crystal using for high efficiency third harmonic conversion are discussed, and the basic characters of high efficiency harmonic conversion on theory is analyzed. Compared the characters of third harmonic conversion with KDP crystal.
    讨论了CLBO晶体用于高效率三倍频的机理,从理论上分析了产生高次谐波转换的基本特性,对CLBO晶体在高功率激光装置中产生高效率谐波转换的基本参数进行了数值模拟计算,并与KDP晶体三次谐波转换的特性进行了比较,给出了CLBO晶体产生高效率谐波转换的基本条件。
    In diode-pumped all-solid-state laser system, nonlinear optical double frequency crystal KTP, which cut at Ⅱ-type phase match condition, not only oriented satisfied with fundamental light's polarization condition, but also met its with half wave plate condition, and only these conditions are all fulfilled, crystal would have the maximal harmonic conversion efficiency.
