    The Experimental Research of Hypothermia from Immersing in Seawater by Compared with Different Methods
    不同方法对海水浸泡性体温过低症犬的复温效果
    Aim:To observe the effect of three different rewarming methods on the contents of cre- atine kinase(CK)and lipid-peroxide(LPO)in serum during rewarming in hypothermia rabbits,and to verify the usefulness of electromagnetic regional hyperthermia method during rewarming.
    目的:观察三种复温方法对体温过低兔的效果及低温复温时血清肌酸激酶(CK)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量的影响,同时探讨电磁局部高热在复温中的应用价值。
    Methods The clinical data of 289 patients with SIRS were analyzed.     Since the holistic nursing implement from 2000, the author applied the 5 nursing steps of evaluation, diagnosis, planning, enforcement and assessment systematically to the nursing of 80 prematures admitted into the pediatric department from January 2000 to December 2003. Aiming at the hypothermia, low-effect breathing, possibility of suffocation and infection in the early stage (1~7 d after hospitalization), low-effect or even no effect in mother milk feeding, possibility of hemorrhage, possibility of skin damage in the middle stage (8~14 d after hospitalization) as well as imbalance of nutrition, possibility of kernicterus and lack of knowledge in the later stage(15~28 d after hospitalization), they carried out nursing measures to promote active completion of nursing work, improve the nursing quality of prematures and lower their mortality to a great extent.
    自2000年全面开展整体护理工作以来,笔者将护理程序的评估、诊断、计划、实施、评价这5个步骤系统地运用于2000年1月~2003年12月我科收治的80例早产儿的护理工作中,针对早产儿早期(住院1~7d)出现的体温过低,低效性呼吸型态,有窒息的危险,有感染的危险等护理问题,早产儿中期(住院8~14d)出现的母乳喂养低效/无效,有出血发生的可能,有皮肤完整性受损的危险的护理问题,以及早产儿后期(住院15~28d)出现的营养失调,有核黄疸的危险,知识的缺乏的护理问题,有计划地实施护理措施,促进了护理人员有预见性地主动完成各项护理工作,使护理工作的内涵得以延伸,提高了早产儿的护理质量,极大地降低了早产儿的死亡率。
    Conclusion Cold seawater immersion after open abdominal injury would result to hypothermia, and intra-corporeal rewarming should be the optional treatment.
    结论 腹部开放伤海水浸泡后体温过低的救治时最好采用体中心复温方式。
