    Methods 132 susceptive healthy children, aged from two to six, who received inactivated hepatitis A vaccine for the first time were randomly divided into 4 groups. The local and the systemic adverse reactions were observed after vaccination and the seroconversion rate and geometric mean titers(GMT) of hepatitis A virus antibodies were evaluated at 1, 3, 6, and 7 months after the primary immunization.
    方法对初次应用甲型肝炎灭活疫苗免疫的2~6岁甲肝易感儿童132人随机分成4组,观察初次免疫后局部反应和全身反应,检测免疫后1、3、6、7个月的血清抗甲肝病毒抗体(抗-H AV)阳转率和滴度(GM T)。
    Results There was no local and systemic adverse reactions after immunized with the healive? Inactivated hepatitis A vaccine. The seroconversion rates of HAV antibody at 1, 3, 6, and 7 months after immunization were 100%, 97.83%, 100%, and 100%, respectively, while the GMT were 744.35mlU/ml, 524.41mlU/ml, 354.34mlU/ml, and 333.13mlU/ml, respectively.
    结果显示孩尔来福甲型肝炎无局部及全身反应,初次免疫后1、3、6、7个月抗-H AV阳转率分别为100%、97.83%、100%、100%,抗-H AV滴度分别为744.35m IU/m l、524.41m IU/m l、354.34m IU/m l、333.13m IU/m l。
