    Objective To further investigate the effects of two kinds of porcelain fused to metal crowns(PFM) on the level of aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF).
    目的探讨二种金属烤瓷冠(PFM)对基牙龈沟液(GCF)量、龈沟液中的天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平的影响。
    Method:The roughness(Ra),contact angle of titanium surface and the bonding strength of titanium/porcelain were evaluated after using the different size of Al_2O_3(50μm,120μm,180μm,250μm)in 2 bar air pressure to rough the titanium surface.
    方法:采用不同粒度(50μm,120μm,180μm,250μm)的Al2O3在2bar压力下以45°角对钛表面进行喷砂粗化处理后,对钛表面粗糙度、钛表面接触角以及钛/瓷结合强度进行检测。
    Conclusion:The size of Al_2O_3 had no obvious effect on the bond strength of titanium-porcelain.
    Al2O3颗粒大小对钛/瓷结合强度的影响不明显(p>0.05)。
    Methods:16 disk samples were divided into 4 groups, including control group(C), cryotreat group(E1),tempering after cryotreat group(E2) and simulative porcelain sintering after cryotreat group(E3).
