    Having done a deep research on the web applications' peculiarity, the author brings forward an approach of rapid application development for web application based on MFFC/MLD (Multi-Factor Flow Chart and Multi-Level Document) and Struts in this paper. This approach is called Web RAD. According to the approach, system analysis and design are based on the representation of process knowledge with MFFC/MLD.
