    It was observed in this experiment that a trace of sodium selenate could increase the plating efficiency of CFU-GM as trace lithium carbonate did(P<0.01 ) and antagonize the inhibition effect of IFN on CFU-GM. The result indicats that trace element selenium could stimulate the proliferation of CFU-GM in vitro.
