    3. The designing method on visualized and integrated simulation environment of torpedo weapon system, namely Integrated General Torpedo Simulator (IGTS), is put forward.

    In the end, the paper gives the result of evaluating and analyzing by using of effect degree method with an example, which indicates that the operational effectiveness of torpedo weapon system has been enhanced when it has informational predominance.
