    Simulated in HSPICE,the bandgap reference source exhibits a temperature coefficient lower than 4-ppm/℃ in the temperature range from-55 ℃ to 125 ℃,and two adjustable reference voltages are also obtained.
    在-55~+125℃温度范围内,通过HSPICE仿真验证,基准电压的温度系数不到4ppm/℃。 在此基础上,实现了可调节的基准电压输出。
    The cucumber seeds were treated by the equipment with different voltages from 5610 V to 7310 V. The results show that the germination energy, germination percentage, germination index and vigor index were increased significantly. Compared with the control, they improved by 8.22%~52.94%, 2.21%~9.55%, 5.37%~35.32% and 4.72%~ 104.72% , respectively .
    试验结果表明:在5610~7310V电压范围内,等离子体处理对种子的影响较明显,与对照相比其发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数显著提高,增幅分别为8.22%~52.94%、2.21%~9.55%、5.37%~35.32%、4.72%~104.72%,种子α-淀粉酶活性提高,电导率降低。
