    In contrast with the similar study, the paper is subjected to seek the athletic teaching method of middle school which can adapt to the characteristics in Xinjiang minority groups districts in order to improve P.E. teaching quality and promote nationality sports.
    与同类研究相比,本文旨在寻求符合新疆少数民族地区特点的中学体育教学方法,从而提高体育教学质量,达到增进民族体质的目的。
    Investigation reveals that the general quality of the leaders in charge of educational administration is relatively inferior,the number of teachers is small,the composition and quality of teachers in rural regions are not good enough,the overall educational level of students' parents in these region is comparative low and the education in different nationality is performed in different language. All of the above-mentioned characteristics make it difficult to reform rural elementary education course of Xinjiang minority.
    调查发现,教育管理干部的整体素质偏低,农村教师数量、结构、素质等面临的问题,办学条件差,农村学生家长文化水平总体较低,以及多民族多语种的基础教育,都增加了新疆少数民族农村基础教育课程改革的难度。
