Chemical fiber tail wastewater was treated by facultative anaerobe-PACT process, when the influent COD was 250~450mg/L,the effluent COD≤100mg/L and removal rate reached to over 80%; various indexes could meet the first class standard in the national Sewage Comprehensive Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).
The reactor operated continuously for 30d,the effluent COD and NH3-N lowered to below100 mg/L and 10mg/L respectively,reaching the national first class discharge standard of chemical fiber wastewater.
It points out that China will be more open to overseas after its entry to WTO, in the beginning of new century national man made fiber industry have acquired great achivements and will have a bright prospect.
The remarkable achievements and problems of China manmade fiber industry in the recent years were reviewed. The paper pointed out it should take developed nations as an object lesson to strengthen technical renovation and develop new fiber material, high performance fiber and differential fiber technique.

Methods:Male wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, low dose of danshaohuaxian capsule group (0.3g/kg), medial dose of danshaohuaxian capsule group(0.6g/kg), high dose of danshaohuaxian capsule group (0.9g/kg) and thalidomide group (0.15g/kg).
Results:High dose of danshaohuaxian capsule could increase the excretion amount of hydroxyproline (P<0.01), decrease the consistency of HA and IV-C (P<0.01) and alleviate the degree of rat immunity liver fibrosis.
