A design method of the doublepulses closed loop control for the dualspin satellite is presented, the wobbling of the satellite caused by the structure error is analysed. The formulas for computing the wobbling angle and the stability criterion are also given. It has been proved that a ballin tube nutation damper can be used in the dualspin satellite and that the wobbling giving some significant effect on the attitude ereor can not be damped out by the ballin tube nutation damper. The maximal attitude angle error of the satellite is equal to the sum of nutation angle and wobbling angle.
