18 940 cases inpatients with malignant tumor were analyzed epidemiologically from 2000 to 2003.Incidence of hospital infection in patients with malignant tumor was 5.8%(1103/18940),the rate of miss report was 4.8%(53/1103).
METHODS 110 inpatients with vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency from Xiangya Hospital of Center South University from January 2002 to March 2004 33-50 years old 26 cases with 15 male patients and 11 female patients 51-87 years old 84 cases with 45 male patients and 39 female patients and 60 cases 33-50 years old 20 people with 10 males and 10 females 51-87 years old 40 people with 20 males and 20 females were selected.
Methods:The exa-minations of transcranial Doppler flow image (TCDFI) and pulse wave Doppler (PW) were completed in 1910 outpatients and inpatients in order to display Circle of Willis and its branches,of which the structures were shown in some of the patients by Doppler power image (DPI) and tri-dimensional Doppler power image (3DDPI).
The value of TO was significantly higher and the value of TS was significantly lower in the hospitalized patients due to worse heart failure than non-hospitalized patients[(1.9±1.3) % vs (0.3±0.7) % and (2.5±0.9) ms/RR vs (3.4±0.8) ms/RR respectively(all P<0.001)].
196 schizophrenic hospitalized patients with abnormal liver enzyme combination of AST, ALT(AST or/and ALT>40 U/L)were selected for CK detection and the AST/ALT ratio in three CK level distribution groups (<200, 200-1 000, >1 000 U/L)were compared.
In schizophrenic hospitalized patients with abnormal liver enzyme combination of AST, ALT and the AST/ALT ratio showed a significant difference (P<0.001) in three CK level distribution groups and a significant positive correlation (r=0.621,P<0.001) among three CK levels.
ResultsOf 4 103 hospitalized patients, only one was confirmed to be infected with HTLV-Ⅰ,with a HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ infection rate 0.024%,of which the infection rate in Heilongjiang province was 4%(1/25),in Liaoning province was 0%(0/3 865).
Result In 1 517 cases application of antibiotic in -patients, process bacteria culture is 15. 6% (236/1 517) , definitude infective disease is 36. 0% (547/1 517), application of antibiotic time≥two weeks is 62. 3% (945/1 517), two or two upward application of antibiotic is 64. 7% (982/1 517).
Methods 619 in-patients were categorized, according to the diseases they were suffering from into essential hypertension group (EH, 144 cases, m/f=74/70), type 2 diabetes mellitus group (T2DM, 134 cases, m/f=79/55), and metabolic syndrome group (MS, 341 cases, m/f=167/174).
Results:Compared with in-patients,out-patients had a lower average age[(50±5.8) years vs (68±7.2) years,P<0.05]and a shorter admitting time[(2±0.6) d vs (14±5.6) d,P<0.05], no much more complication and no death.
Results: A 44-year-old man presented himself at our inpatient department with somnolence and dizziness as his initial symptoms.
