The genus Ceruraphis Brner, 1926 is investigated in this paper. One new species C. hippophaetrophis Zhang is described. A key to all four species including this new species is given. All the specimens examined are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica, Beijing.

本文系统研究了角圆尾蚜属CeruraphisBorner, 1926, 并描述了1新种:食沙棘角圆尾蚜CeruraphishippophaetrophisZhang, sp. nov.,给出了该属所有种类的分种检索表。新种与C. eastopi近似,但尾片有毛9~12根(后者5根),触角末节端部约等于基部(后者4倍)。新种的模式标本存放于中国科学院动物研究所昆虫标本馆。食沙棘角圆尾蚜CeruraphishippophaetrophisZhang, 新种(图1)有翅孤雌蚜:活时体绿色,体长1.170、体宽0.420m m 。玻片标本头、胸黑色,触角、足和尾片灰色。额具中额瘤,额瘤不存在。触角5节,长0.760m m ,为体长的0.65;节Ⅰ~Ⅴ比例:13,13,100,42,35+ 35。触角次生感觉圈小圆形,节Ⅲ~Ⅵ分别有16~20,1~3个。腹管端部直径大于基部直径。雌性蚜:活时体绿色,体长1.590、体宽0.740m m 。额具中额瘤,额瘤不存在。头顶缘毛相当长,约为触角节Ⅲ直径的4.00~5.00倍。复眼无眼瘤。触角5节,长0.580m m ,为体长的0.37;触角节Ⅰ~Ⅴ长度比例:26,18,100...

Objective To understand the mechanisms of strengthening molluscicidal effects of Arecoline(ARE). Methods The changes of the shape and the structure of head and foot's muscles of Oncomelania hupensis were observed by using scanning electron microscope(SEM), after snail being immersed in different molluscicides with or without 25 mg/L ARE for 24 hour. Results After being only immersed in 25 mg/L ARE, 0 625 mg/L sodium pentachlorophenate (NaPCP) or 0 0625 mg/L Niclosamide (NIC), the shape and structure...

Objective To understand the mechanisms of strengthening molluscicidal effects of Arecoline(ARE). Methods The changes of the shape and the structure of head and foot's muscles of Oncomelania hupensis were observed by using scanning electron microscope(SEM), after snail being immersed in different molluscicides with or without 25 mg/L ARE for 24 hour. Results After being only immersed in 25 mg/L ARE, 0 625 mg/L sodium pentachlorophenate (NaPCP) or 0 0625 mg/L Niclosamide (NIC), the shape and structure of head and foot's muscles of Oncomelania hupensis were similar to that in the normal. But 25 mg/L ARE combined with 0 625 mg/L NaPCP or 0 0625 mg/L NIC, the muscular fold was declined and the muscular structure was destroyed. It was the same result as being only used of 5 mg/L NaPCP or 1 mg/L NIC. Conclusion ARE can improve molluscicidal effect in destroying the muscular structure of Oncomelania hupensis.

目的 研究槟榔碱 (Arecoline,ARE)灭螺增效的作用机制。方法 用加入和未加入 ARE的灭螺药分别浸泡钉螺 2 4h,运用扫描电镜观察一定浓度的 ARE单用或与杀螺药合用对钉螺头部及触角、足跖肌、壳轴肌形态结构的影响。结果  2 5 m g/ L ARE、0 .6 2 5 mg/ L 五氯酚钠 (Na PCP)、0 .0 6 2 5 m g/ L 氯硝柳胺 (NIC)单用时 ,钉螺的头部及触角、足跖肌、壳轴肌的形态结构与正常钉螺形态结构相近 ,而 2 5 m g/ L ARE分别与 0 .6 2 5 mg/ L Na PCP,0 .0 6 2 5 mg/ L NIC合用时 ,钉螺的触角、足跖肌和壳轴肌的表面皱褶变平坦 ,形态结构完全破坏 ,与单用 5 mg/ L Na PCP、1m g/ L NIC的结果相同。结论  ARE能增强灭螺药对钉螺软体结构的破坏作用

Holotype worker,No.99-260,5-Ⅵ-1999,Helan Mountains,2?150?m,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,coll.CHANG You-de.Paratypes 5 workers,No.99-050;3 workers,No.99-040;6 workers,No.99-504;1 worker,No.99-027,same as holoptype. All specimens were deposited in Ningxia Agricultural College.

记述了采自我国西北地区的箭蚁属 3新种。光唇箭蚁Cataglyphisglabilabiasp nov 与C aenescens(Nylander)接近 ,但本种唇基前缘无一排长缘毛 ;头腹面无立毛 ;上颚基齿钝到不明显。黄胫箭蚁Cataglyphisflavitibiasp nov 与C aenescens (Nylander)接近 ,但本种上颚、触角、足腿节端半部以外均为浅黄色 ;头腹面无立毛 ;工蚁多型不明显 ;社群很小 ,仅几十头。贺兰山箭蚁Catalyphishelanensissp nov 与C aenescens (Ny lander)十分接近 ,但本种腹部第一节背板具立毛 ;体具十分粗糙的细密纵刻纹 ;唇基仅具刻点 ;体黑色 ,暗无光泽。模式标本保存在宁夏农学院标本室
