The mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum was suspendedly cultivated in shaking flasks. A set of rheometrics RFS_Ⅱ spectrometer was used to measure the rheological properties of fermentation supernatants, and the viscoelasticity of supernatant at old mycelia age was firstly discovered. 采用摇瓶对灵芝菌丝体进行液体悬浮培养 ,采用RFS -Ⅱ型粘弹谱仪对其发酵清液进行流变测量 ,首次发现了菌龄老期的发酵清液具有粘弹性流变特征 .测试结果表明 ,发酵清液的流变模型 ,随着发酵进程由牛顿型变为拟塑性型 ,在发酵终止时表现出粘弹性 .对发酵清液采用超声波处理和超声波协同酶处理后再进行测试 ,发现其流变模型由拟塑性型变为牛顿型 (表观粘度分别下降 6 8%和 81% )且导致了粘弹性的消失 .
