It was suggested that ODCPS in patients with HH was an effective method for increasing visual field and improving visual function. 应用99mTc-HMPAO显像,观察了27例缺血性脑血管疾病患者的脑血流与脑功能状态变化,在左基底节梗塞或出血引起的失语组病中,发现大脑Wernicke和Broca语言区呈低灌注状态,其摄取比值较对照组有显著差异.枕叶缺乏血供引起的偏盲组在定向动态光刺激治疗后,发现在视野改善的同时,枕叶的灌注状态也有所改善,以上变化均不能由MRI反映;在中枢性眩晕的患者中亦发现前庭中枢呈低灌注现象.由此说明脑SPECT显像可以观察大脑功能活动.因为脑功能与脑血流状态密切相关;而且在对缺血性脑血管疾病治疗中,尤其是评价脑功能恢复正常的程度,也有一定的指导意义.

The retinal midbrain-occipital visual pathway may play an important role in mediating the increase of visual field and restoration of visual function. It was also concluded that brain SPECT imaging was an useful method for the studying of brain function.

比较12例完全性同向偏盲在定向动态彩色光刺激治疗前后临床视觉功能检查和脑SPECT局部脑血流感兴趣区测定结果,表明定向动态彩色光刺激治疗同向性偏盲有效,并能促进同向性偏盲患者视觉功能障碍的康复,其作用机理在于通过多种视觉刺激信息激活视网膜、中脑及杭叶区有关神经组织,增加局部脑血流量,提高局部脑电活动水平,达到脑功能重组的目的。
