It was shown that bathing the preparation with Toosendanin (5× 10~(-5)) for 5 minutes was sufficient for blocking the transmission whereas at least 40 minuts were needed to accomplish the complete binding of Toosendanin with the nerve endings.4. During the development of the toosendanin block, the tetanic contraction of the muscle could not be maintained and the posttetanic inhibition was followed.

Antagonistic effect of toosendanin on neuromuscular block induced by botu-linum toxin type A was investigated with isolated phrenic diaphragm preparationsof mice.It was found that the paralysis time of the botulinum intoxicated prepara-tions was markedly prolonged by toosendanin.The result indicates that neuro-muscular junction is the primary site at which toosendanin exerts its antagonisticeffect on botulinum toxin.

目的:观察长期失神经支配的甲杓肌神经修复术后收缩特性。方法:选12条犬,建立单侧声带麻痹模型,声带麻痹后即刻,6,8,10,12及18个月作颈袢主支、喉返神经内收肌支延期吻合术,每时间组各2条犬。术后6个月以张力换能器检测,记录甲杓肌的收缩曲线。结果:9条存活犬术侧甲杓肌均引出收缩曲线,肌张力为健侧的22%~96%。随声带麻痹时间的延长,肌张力的恢复程度逐渐下降,两者呈负相关。各犬术侧最大单收缩时间均较健侧延长,延长幅度为14%~41%,与声带麻痹时间呈正相关。结论:提示长期失神经支配的甲杓肌颈袢主支修复术后仍能不同程度地恢复肌力,其收缩速度受颈袢控制。
