本文观测了135例癌症病人血清过氧化脂质(LPO)水平及两种抗氧化性维生素(V_E 及 V_C)的含量,并对二者关系进行了分析,鉴于血清 LPO 值随增龄而有升高,本文采用同龄组健康人血清观测值作对照;并选用“LPO/V_E+V_C”比值作为反映体内过氧化与抗过氧化两系统关系的指标。结果表明:癌症病人血清 LPO 水平较同龄组健康人明显增高,而其 V_E 及 V_C 含量则较正常对照组为低;LPO/V_E+V_C 比值极显著地高于对照组。作者认为 LPO/V_E+V_C 比值似可用作自由基损伤所致疾病(如癌症等)早期诊断或预后观察的一种辅助性指标。它反映了病人血清 V_E 及 V_C 的低水平与 LPO 的显著增高密切相关,并提示这类抗氧化剂对于癌症的防治可能具有积极作用,值得临床重视并予深入研究。

A revcrsed-phase high performance liquid ehromatograpby method was described for the simultaneous quantitative determination of fat-soluble vitamin K, A, D and E in feed additives. Their separation was accomplished with a 8mm×10cm μ -Bondapak C18 radial compression column and methanol eluent at flow rate 0.8 ml/min. Detection limits used UV variable wavelength detector at MAXPL mode were 5 ng for vitamin A at 325nm, 2 ng for vitamin K at 265 nm, 40 ng for vitamin E at 292 nm and 5 ng for vitamin D at 265 nm....

Objective: To investigate the effects of supplementing multivitamins on the growth and development of children. Methods: A total of 24 000 children (6 8 years old) from Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou were divided into 2 groups. One group was given multivitamin tablets and another was without any treatment for 12 weeks. Each tablet contains VA 5 000 IU, VD 400 IU,VE 30 IU,VB 1 1.5 mg,VB 2 1.7 mg,niacin 20 mg,VB 6 2 mg,VB 12 6 μg,folic acid 0.4 mg and VC 60 mg. Height, body weight, skinfold thickness, mid arm muscle circumference and serum VA, 25 OHD 3, Hb, IgA,IgG and IgM were measured before and after supplementing multivitamins.VB 1, VB 2 and VC were evaluated by four hours loading test. Results: It was found that vitamin deficiencies, especially that of VA, VB 2 and VB 1, existed in the children. After supplement, the net increase of height and weight was significantly higher than that of control group. Levels of serum VA, 25 OHD 3 and Hb in supplemented group were significantly increased and the urinary excretion of VB 1, VB 2 and VC was also significantly increased in supplemented group. Conclusion: The results indicate that the multivitamins is conductive to improvement of vitamin status and nutritional anemia, and to growth and development. It is necessary for children with routine diet to supplement multivitamins. [

目的 :探讨补充多种维生素 (V)对儿童生长发育的影响。 方法 :在上海、北京和广州三地选取 2 40 0 0名 6~ 8岁儿童 ,分为 2组 ,一组补充多种 V片 ,另一组不补充为对照组。每片多种 V含 VA 5 0 0 0 IU ,VD 40 0 IU ,VE 30 IU ,VB1 1.5 mg,VB2 1.7m g,烟酰胺 2 0 m g,VB62 mg,VB1 2 6μg,叶酸 0 .4mg,VC 6 0 m g。 V补充 12周。补充前后分别测量和测定儿童身高、体质量、皮褶厚度、上臂肌围、血红蛋白 ;血清 VA、VD及免疫球蛋白 ;VB1 、VB2 和 VC负荷 4h尿的排出量。 结果 :补充前儿童存在不同程度的 V缺乏 ,其中较严重的是 VA、VB2 和 VB1 缺乏。补充后 ,儿童身高和体质量显著增加 ,血清 VA、2 5 - OHD3和血红蛋白水平及 4h负荷尿中 VB1 、VB2 、VC排出量显著提高。结论 :多种 V可明显改善 VA、VD、VB1 、VB2 、VC和铁的营养状况 ,对儿童生长发育有明显促进作用。摄入日常膳食的儿童 ,仍需补充适量的多种 V。
