Methods: Seventeen patients with acute cerebral infraction underwent routine MRI(including T1FLAIR FSE-T2WI FLAIR and DWI) and 1HMRS. Multiple-voxel PRESS(144ms) sequence was performed and metabolite were analyzed.
Rats of pubertal age were ovariectomized and injected subcutaneously with castor oil vehicle (control group), 100 μg / kg E2 group(E2 group),500 μg / kg high dosage E2 group(5 E2 group) every other day for 4 weeks. Other rats of the same age underwent sham ovariectomy as sham-op group.
