The existent states of submicro-gold in galena are studied by TEM, X-ray powderdiffraction and chemical composition analysis etc, which will provide goo evidencefor the selection of mineral processing method, design of process and recoveryprocessing of gold from galena.
In this paper, the existent state of gold in pyrite and chalco-pyrite is ascertained to be microscopic gold and submicroscopic gold through the applicafion of mineral phase identification, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, chemical phase analysis and chemical continuous dissolution experiment, thus, it provides important foundation for the selection of mineral processing method, design of process flow and gold recovery from pyrite and chalcopyrite.
It is expounded that quality improvement and impurities reduction of iron concentrate are the requirement by the existence and development of iron concentrators. The related technology,equipment and reagents are described and it is pointed out that reverse flotation or its combination with other beneficiation methods are the effective method for this purpose.
