After PTA blood pressure of the four patients decreased from 205±35/ 114±14mmHg to 162 ± 16/92±5mmHg(P<0.05). Platelet adhesion rate of the local dilated sites in creased from 45.1±2.6% to 53.9±2.0% (P<0.05).
Results Compared with model group,the percentage of platelet adhesion,the activation of platelet adhesion-aggregation on facet and the plasme level of vWF and GMP-140 were obviously decreased by both high dose group( 100mg/kg)and low group( 10?mg/kg)of laminaria polysaccharide L_ 01 in aged rats of vascular endothelium in injury.
Before and 30 days after treatment,the biological indexes of prothromobin time,fibrinogen,platelet adhesiveness rate and blood lipid were recorded,and the curative efficacy was evaluated.
The local site irritation induced by alprostadil liposomes was compared with that of alprostadil for injection through rabbit ear marginal vein injection. Conclusion: ( 1 ) Long-term exercise may activate the HO-CO system. and subsequently regulate the tone of the vascular smooth muscle via cGMP pathway,inhibite the proliferation of VSMCs and the adhesion of platelet.
