近年来,认知训练的研究表明它对改善老年人的认知功能具有重要意义,老年人的认知功能具有一定的可塑性。本研究采用“数字符号”测验对20例青年人(平均25岁)、30例健康老年人(平均66岁)和21例心血管病老年人(平均68岁)进行认识训练,并设相应的匹配对照组。结果表明,老年人成绩明显低于青年人;训练后,各组成绩均有提高,经训练的老年人记忆成绩可达到甚或超过未训练的青年人,老年病人的改善程度明显低于健康老年人。本实验证明了短期的认知训练能改善老年人的认知功能,老年智力具有一定的可塑性,有关记忆的改善可能比反应速度的改善更为明显。

By using Three-Arm Equilength Y-Mase test, the learning and memory ability of spatial discrimination was studied on aged mice after lysine germanium (Ge-401) administration. The result showed that Ge-401 could improve the learning and memory ability and give dose-dependent relationship. 30 patients suffered from senile intelligence disturbance were tested by using Memory Scale for senile dementia examination. 3 months after Ge-401 ad- ministration (25mg/t.i.d×90 days) the patients' intelligence as markedly improved....

本工作采用“位置法”对118例被试(包括儿童、少年、青年、中年和老年五个年龄组)进行记忆训练研究,分析不同年龄人记忆的发展变化和认知训练对改善记忆的作用,进而探讨发展的认知功能储备能量的年龄差异。结果表明:1.老年和儿童组各项成绩明显低于青、少年组;2.认知干预措施可在一定程度上改善老年人的记忆,再次证明老年智力和记忆有一定的可塑性。但在发展的储备能量和对图形的迁移效应中也存在与记忆相似的年龄差异。
