Describes the design of the multi-channel temperature control system based on DSP.Both the hardware modules and software modules were provided.DSP uses TMS320VC5402.Using Analog Multiplexers and A/D to realize the input of eight channel temperature samples.Using D/A and power amplifier to realize the control of heater.The system control the heater by a certain PID algorithm.The result of Experiments indicate that the system is fast in control speed and accurate in control precision.

介绍了一种基于DSP的多路温度控制系统的设计方案。描述了系统组成的各个模块的硬件和软件的实现。在硬件上DSP采用TMS320VC5402,利用模拟多路器和模数转换器实现8路温度模拟量的输入,利用数模转换器和功率放大实现对加热片的控制。在软件上采用传统的PID控制,实用有效。经试验表明:系统具有良好的精确度和稳定性。
