The reaction of silylcyclopentadienyl dicarbonyl iron anion[(η5-RC5H4 )Fe (CO)2]- (R=SiMe3, I; Si2Me5,Ⅱ)with η5-C5H5Fe (CO)2 I (4) gave expected new binuclear Fe-Fe complexes as well as the corresponding η5, η5-C5H.
