本文提出轴流涡轮不等栅距板式喷嘴直叶片的造型计算方法。首先确定切向平面上的叶型中弧线、叶厚和不等栅距。利用几何方法和光顺样条函数就能计算出切向平面和各圆柱截面上的叶型坐标和叶型切线倾角以及切向平面上的沿型线从叶片进口起算的距离。用直接求解法求解喉口尺寸,並进而算出气流出口角。文中给出计算示例。
