This paper analyses the gas-liquid mixture flow in electrical submersible centrifugal pump. The study shows that relative slide and separation exist on the inside and exit of the impeller in the pump.The expressions between relative slide coefficient of gas-liquid mixture and impeller struc-ture as well as operating parameters of pump were received. The conclusions made in this study will be useful for the design and choice of electrical submersible centrifugal pump.

分析了气液两相混合物在电动潜油离心泵叶轮流道内的流动状况,揭示了叶轮内和出口处气液两相的相对滑动和分离现象,给出了气液两相的相对滑动系数与叶轮结构和工况参数的关系式.对于正确设计和选用电动潜油离心泵有一定的理论和实用意义.

Comparison between test data shows remarkable power saving effect is achieved by oil transfer pumps provided with electropolished impeller.

采用电解抛光的方法可降低叶轮流道表面粗糙度,减少流道表面与流体的摩擦阻力,提高输油泵效率,达到节能的目的。通过DKS750—550输油泵叶轮流道表面的电解抛光试验,提出了电极设计中的抛光余量、电极间隙、电流密度、电解液流速、抛光时间等基本工艺参数的确定和计算方法。介绍了组合电极的制造工艺及安装方法。测试数据对比表明,输油泵叶轮流道表面经电解抛光后,节能效果显著。

Through analyzing the operation conditions of compressors and pumps in service in the refinery plant of Daqing Petrochemical Complex, factors that restrict the total efficiency of compressors and pumps such as pump outlet valve throttling and motor power too big, etc. are found out, and energy-saving improvement measures of blocking impeller channel, turning the outside diameter of impeller and replacing energy-saving motors are recommended, thus saving electricity 412 500 kWh/a.

通过对大庆石油化工总厂炼油厂在用机泵运行状况分析,找出了泵出口阀节流、电机功率过大等制约机泵综合效率的因素,提出了堵塞叶轮流道、车削叶轮外径、更换节能电机等节能改造方法,年节电41.25万kWh
