We have studied conditions of liquid deep fermentation of pectinase-producing Penic-llium crustosum mutant strain YPC-16 in this paper.The enzyme activity of fermenting li quor of shaking flask and jar fermentor come up to 6000-7500 u/ml Adopting organic sol-vent precipitates pectinase, yield of enzyme slurry is 5.4% .enzyme slurry contains water 60-65% and :ts enzyme act'vity is 600,000 u/g.

本文研究了果胶酶产生菌皮落青霉Penieillium crustosum)突变株YPC-16液态深层发酵的条件。摇瓶和发酵罐试验结果,酶活力均达到6.000—7.500u/ml。采用有机溶剂沉淀法提取的结果,酶泥得率为5.4%,酶泥含水率为60—65%,酶活力水平为60万u/g。

A Blastomyces SP.107—1—2 screened from soil of regetable planting field, surburb of Pu'er town Yunan province, has capable of utilizing beet pulp as carbon source, urea as nitrogen source. Incubated in 45℃ for 48 hrs, the cultures contain crude proteins of 20.24%.

从云南普洱镇近郊菜地土壤中分离到一株芽孢菌属菌株(Blastomyces.SP),用甜菜渣作碳源,尿素作氮源,45℃培养48小时发酵成熟醅之粗蛋白质达20.24%。全世界每年通过光合作用产生的生物量高达1630亿吨,其中800多亿吨为纤维物质,如何将这些大量的纤维物质转化成能源及生产蛋白饲料,早就成为一个全球性的研究课题。近几十年来,利用纤维物质为原料生产单细胞蛋白(SCP)的研究,发展相当迅速,如以纸浆废液、作物秸秆、甘蔗渣等为原料生产SCP,国内外都有详尽的报道,并取得了一定的成果。但发酵形式大多是采用液态或半固态的常温发酵,因此,尚未见一定的工业化生产规模。本研究利用从自然界中筛选出的一株高温真菌,直接作用于含丰富纤维物质的甜菜渣,添加无机氮作氮源,45℃固态发酵48小时。发酵成熟醅粗蛋白质含量达20.24%(以干物质计)。产品无毒,可以饲喂肥猪等牲畜。
