Lactic acid and Pyruvate levels iu basilic venous blood from 325 normal men were measured. The results were: lactic acid mean value was 1.024±0.428 mmol/L,pyruvate mean value was 0.109±0.023mmol/L, L/P ratio was 9.436±3.790mmol/L which was in correspondence with literatures. Lactic acid and pyruvate levels in femoral artery and basilie venous blood from 32 normal men were measured simultaneously. The results iudicated that lactic acid and pyruvate levels in vein were slightly higher than in artery, but there was no significant difference between two groups, It was suggested that in clinic we may replace artery blood with venous blood to measure lactic acid and pyruvate levels.

太原市健康人325例肘静脉血乳酸,丙酮酸含量测定结果,血乳酸含量为1.024±0.428mmol/L,丙酮酸含量为0.109±0.023mmol/L,L/P比值为9.436±3.790mmol/L与文献报告相符。并同步测定32例健康人的股动脉及肘静脉血乳酸、丙酮酸含量进行比较,结果表明人体内静脉血乳酸、丙酮酸含量虽较动脉血略高,但两组无显著性差异,提示临床可用静脉血测定血乳酸、丙酮酸含量以代替动脉取血。

To understand mechanics properties of the joint cartilage,we finishedcreep test of the joint cartilagc on the AG-10TA electronic universal experiment machine. Being based on creep ctrves.establish creep function and reduce creep func-tion. Data of the creep function can better tally with test ones.(maximum error 11%)

The regulation on microcirculatory vascular architecture of human skeletal muscle was also revealed.We found that the three - dimensional muscular microcirculatory vessel framework was formed by crisscross and overlapping of microcirculatory vessels.There were not only many parallel and circular microvascular networks in the skeletal muscle but also a lot of vascular loops, loop - like vascular plexus,vascular balls, vascular cords, spiral vascular tract,vascular networks in concentric circles and fishnet like networks. They differed from each other in shape and formed a unique intramuscular microcirculatory vascular network

应用肌肉血管铸型、扫描电镜观察方法,我们研究了人股二头肌、半膜肌、半腱肌和股薄肌的肌肉微循环血管三维构筑的形态学特点;揭示了人骨骼肌微循环血管构筑的规律性。我们发现:骨骼肌微循环血管纵横交错,交措折叠形成肌肉的微循环血管立体网架;在肌肉内不仅有平行的与环行的血管排列,而且还有形态不同的血管袢、袢状血管丛、血管球、血管索、螺旋血管索、同心圆型血管网及鱼网型血管网等各种各样的血管网络,形成了独具一格的肌内微循环血管网络。
