In June 1981 and Jan 1982, totally lost penis was reconstructed with free skin flap from forearm in two cases respectively. These operations were successful, the patients have satisfactory outward looks of the penis and good urinary stream during micturition. 本文报道应用游离皮瓣(取自前臂)为2名阴茎全缺损患者进行了阴茎再造手术。皮瓣血管蒂分刖与股动脉及大隐静脉吻合。其中一例之尿道采用游离皮片制成,另一例则将前臂皮瓣之一部分内卷形成。手术一期完成,术后外观满意,排尿通畅。 Since April 1983, we have used the technic of composite iliac crest and lateral groin skin flap to reconstruct penis in one stage for 4 patients, 3 of them being traumatic absence and 1 with congenital hypospadia and underdeveloped penis. The operations were successful.The patients Were satisfied the appearance of the reconstructed penis. Smooth urinary stream was obtained in 3 cases. The operative technic advantages and disadvantages were discussed. 用旋髂浅血管岛状髂嵴腹股沟外侧复合皮瓣一次完成阴茎再造手术方法治疗4例病人,均获得了成功。再造阴茎外形良好,其中3例排尿通畅,1例已恢复性功能。 Five adult patients, aged 16-24, were treated with elongation of anterior urethra for hypospadias of penile type. One-staged operation with correction of cho- rdee and reconstruction of urethra was done on 2 patients, and second-staged reconstruction of urethra owing to the failure of their previous operations was performed on the other 3 patients. Satisfactory results were achieved in all of the cases, the elongation of anterior urethra was up to 4.0-5.5 cm. The authors conclude that this new procedure suits...
