    The protection of the innervationof corpora cavernosa during radicalprostatectomy is closely linked withthe reduction of impotence after theoperation.In this paper,the authorsobserved the shape and location of thelateral pelvic fascia and prostate cap-sule of the plexus prostaticus andplexus corporis cavernosi penis as wellas the relationship of them to theblood vessels on 18 adult male cada-vers,and provided morphological gui-delines for the operation.

    By using of NADPH-diaphorase histochemical method,the localization of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in the major pelvic ganglion(MPG)and penile erectile tissue of the rat was investigated.A large percentage of the neurons in MPG was NOS positive,most of the neurons were concentrated on one end of the MPG,where the pelvic nerve entered.The penile deep arteries and their branches,helicine arteries in penile corpus were surrounded by NOS-positive fibers.NOS-positive fibers were seen also in the bundles of smooth muscles...

    用NADPH脱氢酶组织化学方法观察了大鼠主盆神经节及阴茎勃起组织内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性成分的分布。发现主盆神经节内分布有大量NOS阳性神经元,其中大部分密集于盆神经进入端,而膀胱端稀少。阴茎深动脉及其分支螺旋动脉周围,阴茎和尿道海绵体的平滑肌小梁内均分布有NOS阳性纤维。阴茎勃起组织内未见NOS阳性神经元。将荧光金注人阴茎海绵体后,在主盆神经节内发现有较多的荧光金标记细胞。结合NADPH反应,发现这些荧光金标记细胞多为NOS阳性。本文结果证实主盆神经节内存在NOS阳性神经元,部分NOS阳性神经元支配阴茎勃起组织的血管床,提示一氧化氮可能是参与调节阴茎勃起的一种重要神经活性物质。
