The alimentary canal consists of three parts:the stomodaeum(pharynx and oesophagus),the mesenteren and the proctodaeum(rectum).The mesenteron in its turn differentiates morphologically into four parts,while the fourth part bears four reddish mycentoms——modified epithelial cells containing symbiotic bacteria. The paired salivary glands consists each of the main gland,the reservior, the tubular accessory...

The anatomical and histological studies of the alimentary canal of Erthesina fullo Thunberg was studied in detail. The alimentary canal consists of three parts:the stomodaeum(pharynx and oesophagus),the mesenteren and the proctodaeum(rectum).The mesenteron in its turn differentiates morphologically into four parts,while the fourth part bears four reddish mycentoms——modified epithelial cells containing symbiotic bacteria. The paired salivary glands consists each of the main gland,the reservior, the tubular accessory gland and the salivary duct. The four malpighian tubules of this insect open into the pylorus,just above the pyloric valve.The epithelium of the malpighian tubule is continuous with that of the mesenteron,and not with the proctodaeum.This confirms the obser- vations of other authors in Orthoptera and Dermaptera.

The alimentary canal of Lycorma delicatula White consists of the following parts:the pharynx, the oesophagus, an antero-laterally projecting gastric caecum, a very longand slender mid-gut, the pylorus and the hind-gut. No filter chamber has been found. The cardiac valve is composed mainly of stomodaeal epithelial cells, and it is socomplicately constructed that under its control the food may either pass from the oeso-phagus into the mid-gut or into the gastric caecum. The principal function of the caecumis to store food temporarily, very little secretory activity has been observed among thecaecal epithelial cells. In this respect, the alimentary canal of Fulgoridae is more close-ly allied to the true bugs of the suborder Heteroptera than to other families of the sub-order Homoptera which possess filter chambers. Four Malpighian tubules opened just at the junction of the mid-gut and the pylorus;no cryptonephridium has been observed. From its stain properties the epithelium of thepylorus, though without a distinct intima, may be considered as a part of the hind-gut.The pyloric valve is entirely composed of proctodaeal epithelial cells; inside the valve thereis a massive aggregate of giant cells of unknown function. Histochemical tests re-vealed that they contain higher amounts of nucleic acids besides glycogen and free lipids,and is thus thought that it may play certain role in the nutritive metabolism of the insect. The salivary glands are highly developed and consist of a pair of enormous majorprincipal glands, a pair of minor principal glands, each of which is subdivided into fourlobes, and a pair of accessory glands. Histological and histochemical studies revealedthat the major principal gland and three of the four minor principal gland lobes arezymogenic in nature, and contain acid mucopolysaccharide. The other lobe of the minorprincipal gland is a mucous gland and contains acid mucopolysaccharide, mucoprotein andlipoprotein. The accessory gland is also a mucous gland, besides the three substancesmentioned above, it also contains another PAS-positive substance of unknown nature.The nucleic of all three pairs of salivary glands are always multi-branched and containlarge amounts of DNA. Cytoplasmic RNA is very abundunt in the mucous cells butvery scanty in the zymogen cells. Intracellular canaliculi have been found in gland cellsof both the major and the minor principal glands, but not in those of the accessory gland.

用大鼠作急性实验,腹腔注射乌拉坦麻醉。以恒定速度将37℃的生理盐水自食道插管灌流入胃,收集从幽门插管流出的灌流液,用0.01当量的 NaOH 滴定其酸度,并计算单位时间内的总酸排出量。结果表明:静脉注射吗啡(3mg/kg)后,胃酸分泌增加,在注射后的30分钟时总酸排出量达最高水平,90分钟恢复至基础水平。静脉注射亮啡肽(2mg/kg),胃酸分泌也增加,总酸排出量于注射后20分钟达最高水平,60分钟恢复至基础水平。纳洛酮在一定剂量范围内(1.2—2.6mg/kg)可完全阻断吗啡增加胃酸分泌的作用,如剂量过大,则反增强吗啡对胃酸分泌的作用。
