This paper describes experimental study of spiral fluted tube organic condensers to enhance heart transfer for geothermal power generation. Both experimental studies of 4.34 m~2 prototype spiral fluted tube condenser and field tests of 100m~2 pilot spiral fluted tube condenser have been completed. The rules of heat transfer have been established with Wilson diagram.Results show that the spiral fluted tube condensers have higher heat transfer performance for binary cycle geothermal power station.
A radial inflow turbine has been developed for binary-fluid-cycle geothermal power production. In this paper are presented its technical and economic evaluation.
