It has been revealed that diamond drilling provides the following advantages through nine years. 1.Higher drilling efficiency · As compared with a large-hole core drilling, the average footage per rig-month, the maximum footage per rig-year and the penetration rate in the diamond drilling have increased, respectively 70.6%, 18.3% and 87.5%. The life of the impregnated synthetic diamond core per bit has prolonged by 17.95m up to 42.49m in 1984.

本文简要介绍碎岩工具的应用和国内金刚石钻进方法的发展。着重描述我局从1976年开始试验推广金刚石钻进的技术经济效果。九年来,实践证明金刚石钻进有下列优越性: 1、钻进效率高。与大口径岩心钻探相比,金刚石钻进平均台月效率提高70.6%,最高开动台年进尺提高18.3%,机械钻速提高87.5%。人造金刚石钻头寿命从1977年的17.95米提高到1984年的42.49米。 2、钻孔质量好。平均优质孔率由大口径岩心钻探的67.8%提高到金刚石钻进的83.3%。 3、孔内事故少。平均孔内事故率由大口径岩心钻探的15.2%下降到金刚石钻进的11.9%。 4、钻探成本低。1982—1984年金刚石钻进的单位成本比大口径岩心钻探分别低24、78、35、22、25、53元/米,共节约资金达190.7万元。今后的发展趋势是:大力推广以绳索取心钻探为主体的金刚石钻探;多工艺钻探:反循环连续取心钻探:最优化钻进“四大钻探技术”,逐步向遥控,计算机程控钻探发展。

The quality of mud fluid is key to the drilling in complex strata.Using local loess to make mud fluid, we get low rate and bad quality of mud fluid, more accidents in drilling hole, low efficiency, high cost, long woking period, and can't protect the hole wall efficently. After artificial NV-1 Na-muds are widely used with multi-levels casing pipes and suitadle diamond bits, all of above shortcomings can be overcome, the efficence of drilling can be raised by 1.37 times per month, the rate of accidents decrease...

After artificial NV-1 Na-muds are widely used with multi-levels casing pipes and suitadle diamond bits, all of above shortcomings can be overcome, the efficence of drilling can be raised by 1.37 times per month, the rate of accidents decrease by 31 percent, the endurance of diamond bits can be raised by 80 percent, rate of good quality drilling hole can be raised by 49 percent. One hundred thousand yuan of fund can be saved annually. Good economical efficiency can be achieved.

复杂地层钻进,泥浆质量是关键。过去多使用当地黄土制造泥浆。黄土不仅造浆率低,而且泥浆性能差,不能有效的护住孔壁,因而孔内事故多、效率低、成本高、施工周期长。推广使用NV—1人工钠土优质泥浆后,孔壁坍塌得到控制,同时配合使用多级套管及优选适合该矿区的金刚石钻头类型,解决了以上诸多难题。台月效率提高1.37倍,事故率降低31%,金刚石钻寿命提高80%,优质孔率提高49%,年节约勘探费10万元以上,取得了较好的经济效益。
