The main problem in the study of the external compatibility of explosives with packing materials or cartridge case is attributed to the fact that a fewer sensitive means could effectively been employed.The application of the versatile surface techniques......XPS/AES/SAMto this problem by our paper reveals that of much complication is the external compatibility which either involves some physical processes, e.g. adsorption and/or diffusion or some chemical processes, e. g. chemisorp-tion and/or chemical reactions occurred at the surface .It becomes apparent that so many valuable informations, such as the states, the species of a variety of elements existed at surface and their quantitative description of the depth profile could fruitfully be abstractedas well.This paper will attempt to illustrate the power of XPS/AES/SAM in the investigation of the external compatibility and will turn out to be of wide applicability and tremendous potentiality in the study of compatibility whatever internal or external.

在研究火炸药与其包装材料(或弹体)间的外相容性当中主要困难是缺乏灵敏的有效的测试手段。本文通过XPS/AES/SAM多功能表面技术的使用揭示了外相容问题是一个既包括物理的吸附,扩散又包括化学吸附和化学反应的复杂过程。并表明这一联合技术可为我们提供许多有关表面/界面的宝贵信息如:表面元素的状态、种类、含量以及三维深度分析等。从而使得它在研究相容性方面(无论是内相容性还是外相容性)成为具有独特优点和巨大潜力的有用手段。

In this paper, a study of compatibility of 11 surfactants with explosives RDX and HMX utilizing DSC method has been made. Four surfactants which compatibility with explosives is suitable are obtained : Sodium dodecyl surfonate (SDS), Sodium dodecyl benzene surfonate(SDBS), Sodium dodecyl surfate (SDSa), Alkyl ethoxysulfate (AES) , Their kinetic parameters are calculated by kissinger method and Ozawa method.

本文利用DSC方法研究了11种表面活性剂与炸药RDX和HMX的相容性。得出了四种相容性较好的表面活性剂:SDS、SDBs、SDSa和AEs,并利用Kissinger法和Ozawa法求出了它们的动力学参数。
