杜儿坪矿十五尺煤层与下伏八尺煤层组成一组缓倾斜、硬顶板、近距离的厚煤层群.本文根据开采十五尺煤层调查资料和杜儿坪矿该煤层的2647回采工作面现场观测资料,分析了十五尺煤层坚硬顶板的垮落性,在采用人工强制冒顶全部垮落法管理顶板的条件下,顶板岩石的破坏和活动过程以及引起的矿山压力及其显现规律.这对于改善顶板管理方法是具有重大的实际意义.通过分析表明:十五尺煤层坚硬顶板在采用炸药爆破顶板,消除直接顶之石灰岩的绞接作用,顶板是能够冒落的.并且,采用分层开采能够限制老顶活动对工作空间的威胁.

A introduction of a type of our institute-developed explosive with low-detonation velocity and a discussion of the effect of magnitude of diluent Y on detonation velocity(D)of TNT and RDX are given in this paper.Detonation velocity of TY can be expressed by empirical formula:whereY—amount of the diluent (%)φ—charge diameterρ—charge densityThe limited detonation velocity of this explosive is 2270—2220 m/s and critical detonation velocity is 1740—1570 m/s.
