It has been revealed through crystal chemistry that average bonding length of Mn-O is greater than that of Fe-O in wolframite crystal. The manganous ion at the breaking surface of wolframite is easily exposed to react with collector, Auger electron spectra and IR spectra analysis show that the element manganese at the surface layer of wolframite treated with sodium oleate is relatively concentrated, the manganese oleate is easily formed than ferrous oleate and the adsorption of sodium oleate at the wolframite...

Solution equilibria calculations display that the optimum pH value forming manganese oleate is around pH 7. The optimum pH value of oleate adsorption and flotation of wolframite is also around pH 7 according to the adsorption determination and flotation tests.

根据浮选试验、吸附量测定、溶液平衡计算、晶体化学、红外光谱及俄歇电子能谱分析,揭示出黑钨矿晶体中平均Mn-O键长大于Fe-O键长,在浮选矿浆中,黑钨矿断裂表层M_n~(2+)较易暴露与捕收剂作用。经油酸钠处理后,黑钨矿表层锰元素相对富集,油酸锰的生成量大于油酸铁的生成量,油酸锰生成的最佳pH等于7左右,因而黑钨矿浮选最佳pH为7左右。类质同象系列黑钨矿中,锰铁比高的黑钨矿可浮性较好。油酸钠在黑钨矿表面的吸附是多层的,以化学吸附为主。
